Information about the coach
Alison Rex BHSc(NutMed) works from her clinic in Waitara, online from her home clinic in Berowra and will also do home visits. Alison supports women going through peri-menopause, stress and digestive issues. In addition to MB, Alison is a Microba coach and assists clients with sports performance.
Information on practice
Alison is available face to face in Waitara on Fridays and can see clients online on Tuesday and Wednesday from her home clinic.
