Cassandra Parrish – Holistic Nutritionist & Transpersonal Life Coach 

Cassandra is a degree qualified Holistic Clinical Nutritionist, specializing in helping people achieve balance and lifelong wellness. She draws on her 15 years’ experience in the wellness industry and combines her knowledge of nutritional medicine with emotional wellbeing & transpersonal coaching to get people results both physically and mentally. Cassandra works with you as an individual to create lasting behaviour change and sustainable wellness.  

Cassandra specializes in what she calls weight loss with soul, she uses Metabolic Balance in combination with her coaching qualifications for clients who are ready to change their lifestyle, lose weight and re-balance their metabolism.  She offers emotional support and behavior change exercises along side Metabolic Balance to get the best weight loss results for clients. She believes healthy weight loss is a by-product of a healthy body, mind and soul and is really proud to be a Licensed Metabolic Balance Practitioner and incorporate this into her Practice. 

Rather then feeling overwhelmed about what to eat and the amount of information out there Metabolic Balance offers personalized nutrition and takes the overwhelm away.
